  Worst endocrinologist office I ever been to, first off the two girls that work in the front office didn't even no I was a new patient I had to ask them for a new patient paper work. Also you can here the two girls discuss other patients information to everyone in the lobby. As I was called back the medical assistant didn't even ask why I was there just took my blood pressure and said the doctor will be in. The doctor saw me and asked me why I am there when I have a thyroid condition for over 10 years and been on medication. He asked me what I want from him. And tried to prescribe me a medication that wasn't even for my condition. I don't recommend the office at all. First time there and last time there at there office I was so dissapointed. And upset with the doctor.

  I've been to Sura Sharge Endocrinology twice. Both times were bad experiences. First appointment, the front desk ladies were rude to a patient before me. I went back to see the doctor, he prescribed me three different medications. One of them my insurance didn't cover. CVS sent the the reject letter and I called to let them know it wasn't covered and I can't start my other medicine until I have this prescription in my system. I ended up calling their office 5x before I made another appointment to another endocrinologist. My other endo couldn't get me in quick enough so I had to go back to this facility. Dr. Gabir lectured me about not being on my medicine (the only medicine I could be on, since his office wouldn't send over a prescription my insurance covered, he canceled my refills on) I told him that I called his office 5x and got the run around. He raised his voice and said his people don't give the run around. He asked me a couple questions and was walking out the door before I could even ask any questions. When I was checking out for the day, the front desk lady told me I have an appointment on a day of the week I'm not available. I asked for a different day and she rolled her eyes at me. They gave me a paper for an ultrasound and bloodwork, it didn't have a date on it so I asked when I had to get it done by and she said "I don't know." She didn't ask the doctor, or call me back to verify. I'm not sure if I should get it done a week before my appointment or if I should do it immediately. Needless to say, I am disappointed. I guess that's why it's so easy to get in. I can deal with a doctor that's a jerk, but front desk employees should always be kind.
