- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been going here for a few years now. This is by far the best experience I have ever had when it comes to quality, price and concern for my well being. I have had dental implants, fillings, and crowns done as well as my periodontal cleanings. I have dental insurance so before I leave the institute they print out a claim form for me. If my insurance company ever needs any other information to process the claim, the staff at Midwestern has gladly helped me out with sending the necessary information to my insurance company.
