  I have mixed feelings about this office. Calling is a nightmare, but I really like my son's doctor. I just recently took him in for a well visit and his doctor wasn't available for the week I had open so I scheduled with the nurse practitioner. I was twenty minutes early and they made use wait until forty five minutes after our appointment time (this was at least double our normal wait time). I heard her complaining about doing his check up early before she even came in (he was exactly five days early for his 15 month exam). Her bedside manner was appalling. The exam was inexcusably lacking. The entirety of the discussion about his development was her asking if he was walking and if he said 5-6 words, that's it, nothing further. She didn't even examine him physically, just listened to his heart and looked in his eyes/ears. Extremely rude and unfriendly, even with my son. I've never left a review for anything in my life but I wish I'd known what some of their other staff was like before I committed to a pediatrician. Almost all the nurses we've encountered are very professional and friendly (we've seen maybe a third of them), and again, our doctor is great, so I'm not saying avoid this office, but I'm extremely unhappy that we might have to see this NP again if our son has an unexpected illness or injury. I really hope this is just a case of a bad day, or a fluke bad hire, and not an indicator of what some of their other staff is like and what passes for adequate at this office.
