  Horrible customer service from my initial interaction and all additional interactions with them. For my initial appointment they took my insurance over the phone and said everything was fine. Then when I got there, the receptionist was confused by my big name insurance and she made me pay the cash pay price. So my expected $25 co-pay was an unexpected $141. I was told I'd be called the next morning regarding the insurance and that I would be getting a refund if covered (which I was). Fast forward to 2.5 months later and I'm wondering why I've never received my refund (gave them benefit of the doubt that it'd take a while). They billed my insurance for the visit too. Upon calling to see what happened, I was told they only give refunds if we (the customer) request it. In addition to this, I never received a call back regarding my test results (that I was clearly anxiously awaiting per my desperate doctor visit). I left a message for them to call me with my results and after a week still never received a call back. I finally had to call and make another appointment just to hear my test results. There are other annoying details that I won't go into, as I've been long winded enough. Overall, I'm just utterly appalled at not only the bad customer service, but the unnecessary inconvenience, stress and cost that their oversights and lack of understanding has caused me.
