- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The office of Kraig Burgess was ran like a well oiled machine, there was no time wasted on my behalf or his. Dr. Burgess and his staff were more professional than I've seen in a very long time. The ladies in the front office were also well above board in customer service. There was a gentleman that had come in who was not being very nice, borderline rude to lady who was checking him in. She handled it so well and so quickly, she had him apologizing and he even asked her if they could just start over. It was pretty funny. He said hello and reintroduced himself.
