  Went and had my appointment in April and everything was ok other than the fact that they ran an unnecessary test on me that I didn't need or ask for and then got a bill for, but whatever, that's what doctors do. Lately though I have been having some problems and wanted to schedule another appointment. When I asked to make an appointment the receptionist asked why. So I explained my medical problems to her and she informed me that those were normal side effects and that I didn't need to come in. When I pushed for an appointment she said she would leave a note for the doctor so that she could decide if I needed to come in. I'm sorry but I don't think that the receptionist should be telling me what is normal and what isn't for the medication that I'm on. I think that it is ridiculous to deny a patient an appointment if they are willing to pay. So if you like getting your medical advice from women hired to answer phones, process insurance, and schedule appointments, or in my case refuse to, then this is the perfect doctors office for you.
