- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I don't know what went wrong on Samantha's visit but on my end that kind of experience is almost inconceivable. I have been going to this clinic 3-4 times per year since a severe head and left eye injury in 2007. I have seen a few doctors over that period, including Dr. Reiss himself. My treatments have been exceptional, without exception. Great science and great patient care. Explanations in layman's terms very thorough. On most visits, I have been seen on schedule or early. I have always been treated very well by admin and assisting staff as well as the doctors. My only criticism and it is a very selfish one, is that sometimes unexpected surgical priorities require the clinic to postpone a long-scheduled visit. But, my needs are chronic and emergencies happen. Oh (trivial), I do wish they had a better magazine selection in the waiting room!April 10, 2017by Terry Johnson
