- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The woman that answers the phone is terrible rude and mean. I have made many calls to this place for the past ten months and everytime that lady answers the as rude as always. Her voice demonstrates that she doesnt really like to work there. Please take some actions on it, Ive seen others cooments about the same!!! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪they are top of things. Very attentive and answered all my questions. Dr. is the best!!!!!!!!!!! I hate how people have one bad experience and like to post a bad review. Not every office is the right fit for every person. I don't think people understand the difference between busyness and rude. People who don't work in the medical field don't understand that people behind the desk not only have the job as giving and taking your paper work. they have to verify your benefits and constantly need to be on the phone with INS etc. So when they don't have the the time to spark up conversations with you don't take it personal.February 28, 2017by Vanessa Mora
