- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The initial visit with Dr Ondreyko was great. She spent time explaining my diagnosis and treatment options. Unfortunately, all visits after that were less than 5 minutes, with no time for questions. The PAs are fine but twice neglected to return calls regarding med refills. I was twice confused with another patient. My chemo experiences were less than comfortable with a rude nurse. The final straw was a chemo treatment was canceled by Dr Ondreyko due to an adverse reaction. On my next visit the PA asked why I didn't show up for my treatment??? My question was - If I was a no show why didn't anyone from the office call or try to contact me to see why? Just endless frustration. I moved to the Mayo and the care is night and day!! So grateful to be under better care.December 24, 2016by Janice B
